How do I contact qtland Player Support?

Answer

Create a Support Ticket to contact Player Support

  1. Navigate to  the Support Ticket website.
     
  2. Click the Open a New Ticket button located at the top left of any Ticket page to create your Support account which is separate from your Steam account. 
     
  3. Fill out the applicable fields, upload any necessary attachments, and click "Create Ticket" when finished.

 

Important

Once the question has been submitted to the system, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail specified on your account. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please check the spam filters for this inbox. Your Support account will only be used for creating tickets and won't work on other sites.
