Refund Policy
Question
I've recently donated to qtland, and either don't like it or don't want it anymore. Can I get a refund?
Answer
Our refund policy won't cover players who have donated over 30 days. Donations after 30 days will be nonrefundable. To complete your refund request, we will need a receipt or a transaction ID. We will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. When a refund has been approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or method of payment within a certain amount of days.
To start a refund request, use our refund e-mail. Don't use this e-mail for support, we can't provide help through the refund e-mail.

Important
Once the refunds have been processed, your Donator ability will be automatically revoked from Discord and you will lose Donator exclusive perks. Attempting to chargeback during the refund process would lower your request and the Steam account will receive further restrictions.
