How do I contact qtland Player Support?

Answer

Create a Support Ticket to contact Player Support

  1. Click the Contact Support button.
  2. Register your Support account which will used for communicating with Player Support.
  3. Fill out the applicable fields, upload any necessary attachments, and click "Create Ticket" when finished.

 

Important

Once the question has been submitted, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail specified on your Support account. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please check the spam filters for your inbox. Please note that your question may not have been successfully entered into the Player Support system. Your Support account will only be used for creating tickets and won't work on other sites.
